We are all experience designers. We share the same tools for understanding and mapping behaviour, and the same approaches to designing the touchpoints and underlying systems that deliver a better experience. Why do we use different names for what seems to be the same work? The main differences we see are between more datadriven approaches to CX and more qualitative approaches to service design. These arise from differences in goals and determine how success is measured.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {طراحی خدمات و تجربۀ کاربری}, abstract_fa = {طراحی خدمات و طراحی : تمایز بدون تفاوتمقایسۀ بافت‌ها، فرهنگ‌ها و مشتری‌ها طراحان خدمات و طراحان تجربۀ مشتری، هر دو تلاش می‌کنند که تجربیات مشتریان را در تعامل با سازمان ارتقا دهند. ما همه به‌نوعی طراحان خدمات هستیم. ما برای درک و نقشه‌برداری از رفتار افراد، از همان ابزارهای طراحان خدمات استفاده می‌کنیم. همین‌طور برای طراحی نقاط تماس و نظام‌های زیربنایی که موجب تجربیات بهتری می‌شود، از همان رویکردها بهره می‌گیریم. چرا ما برای دو پدیده که به‌نظر یکی می‌رسند، نام‌های متفاوتی به‌کار می‌بریم؟ تفاوت‌های عمده‌ای بین شیوه‌های داده‌محور در طراحی تجربۀ مشتری و شیوه‌های کیفیت‌محور در طراحی خدمات وجود دارد. این اختلاف، ناشی از تفاوت در اهداف و روش‌های ارزیابی موفقیت است. }, keywords_fa = {}, url = {http://dastavard.journal.art.ac.ir/article_532.html}, eprint = {http://dastavard.journal.art.ac.ir/article_532_85f2c9fb75d96a79ee8602caf6e2f73c.pdf} }
